As the project director Neena Khan defines strategy and creates the action plan to achieve the objectives of the Foundation. She identifies and manages partnerships, plans expansion of services and oversees special projects in addition to everyday operations.
She is the management lead of Ruhamaa from inception and reports directly to the Board.
Neena has 15 years of experience in consumer banking across Citigroup, Alfalah and UBL. As a sales and marketing professional, she has managed an array of financial products across Pakistan. Before joining Ruhamaa Neena had been involved in setting up one of Pakistan’s first 24/7 pediatric telemedicine venture, DocLink.
Neena is a commerce graduate and holds an MBA in Marketing.

Navaid Hameed
Manager Accounts & Operations
Navaid Hameed as Finance Manager at Ruhamaa Foundation has been instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, optimizing operations and ensuring that our goals are met with precision and dedication.
With 23 years of experience and an MBA in Finance & Accounts, he has implemented ERP systems and worked with BPOs serving US clients, gaining expertise in global financial management.

Faiza Nizam
Manager Chiraghe-E-Rah
Faiza Nizam leads the Mentorship Program, Chiragh-e-Rah, where she defines the program’s direction and develops initiatives that foster positive thinking, personal growth, and resilience among children and youth. She also manages mentor engagement and program delivery to ensure meaningful outcomes.
With over 24 years of experience in education and 8 years in youth mentorship, Faiza brings a strong background in teaching and program management. She is a graduate of the University of Karachi.

Izbah Basheer
Assistant Manager – Donor Relations
As an Assistant Manager in Donor Relations, Izbah plays a key role in strengthening our organization’s connections with donors. She handles social media platforms, overseeing events, and coordinating projects to ensure successful outcomes.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and experience working with UNICEF, she has developed a strong foundation in project management and community engagement. During her college years, she actively participated in volunteer projects, which fueled her passion for social impact.

Asiya Shoaib
Assistant Manager – Empowerment Projects
Asiya is responsible for training beneficiaries, identifying their skills, and guiding them in product preparation through Ruhamaa Hunarmand. She oversees the development and quality of handmade products, creates market opportunities, and manages product sales. Through continuous support and skill-building, she enables beneficiaries to earn sustainably and work towards financial independence.

Humaira Khan
Field Supervisor
As a Field Supervisor, Humaira manages and monitors all operational areas. Her role involves supervision, coordination, and team management. She oversees and evaluates all initiatives and projects while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
She previously worked with the Sindh Bureau of Statistics, Prime Consulting, and IRD, gaining strong skills in supervision and coordination. Humaira holds a BSc from the University of Karachi.

Kainat Bibi
Field Officer at Shireen Jinnah Colony
Kainat serves as a Field Officer, managing field operations, project activities, and beneficiary tracking and assessment (BTA). She handles data collection, monitoring, reporting, and community engagement, while collaborating with schools and organizations for effective outreach. With prior experience at the Sindh Bureau of Statistics and in teaching, she has strong skills in communication, supervision, and coordination.

Surayya Hayat
Field Officer at Bhittiabad
Surayya serves as the Field Officer for Bhittiabad, managing operations, project execution, monitoring, reporting, and beneficiary tracking (BTA). She also collaborates with schools and NGOs to identify and register new orphans. With 11 years at TCF School and 5 years at HOPE NGO, she brings strong expertise in literacy, community development, and field operations.

Shazia Noor
Field Officer at Bilal Colony
Shazia serves as the Field Officer for Bilal Colony, managing field operations, project activities, and beneficiary tracking and assessment (BTA). She oversees data collection, monitoring, reporting, and compliance while building community linkages and partnerships. With over five years of experience in vaccination programs and community health roles, she brings strong expertise in field management and beneficiary engagement.

Nighat Fatima
Field Officer at Jumma Goth
Nighat is our Field Officer for the area of Jumma Goth. She is a widow. She has two children who are studying through Ruhamaa Foundation.
Previously she worked as a Community Health Worker at Aman health Care Services for 4 years. She is also a graduate of Teacher Training Institute and has teaching experience of 6 years.

Muhammad Ameen
Field Coordinator
Ameen is the Field Coordinator Officer at Ruhamaa Foundation. In this role, he acts as a vital link between the field area officers and the head office, ensuring smooth communication and efficient fulfillment of field requirements. His coordination skills are essential in maintaining the operational effectiveness of the Foundation ‘s field activities.

Jahanzaib Ali
Field Verification Officer
As a Field Verification Officer, Jahanzaib is the vital link between Ruhamaa Foundation and the children we serve. He is responsible for the thorough verification of our orphans’ educational data, including school attendance and course completion, ensuring every child’s needs are met. Jahanzaib also lends his expertise to support our purchasing operations.
