DR. NASEERUDDIN MAHMOOD

Dr. Mahmood is a highly experienced pediatrician with over 30 years of service in child healthcare at both clinical and community levels. He has dedicated his career to improving the health and well-being of children across Pakistan. As the director of ChildLife Foundation, he leads initiatives that operate 15 emergency rooms for children in government hospitals nationwide. He also serves as a trustee at SINA Clinics, providing primary healthcare services to nearly a million patients each year in Karachi’s underserved communities. His work focuses on making quality healthcare accessible to those in need. In addition to his fieldwork, he contributes academically as a faculty member at Aga Khan University. He is also associated with the University of Toronto, sharing his expertise internationally. Through his leadership and dedication, he continues to create a lasting impact in healthcare and community development.

MOHAMMAD FAZIL BHARUCHA

He is a partner at Bharucha & Co., bringing extensive professional expertise and leadership to his role. He holds degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Law, reflecting a strong academic foundation. As a practicing lawyer, he specializes in Intellectual Property Law. He is also an enrolled advocate of the Sindh High Court. His legal experience adds valuable insight into governance and organizational integrity. Alongside his professional work, he is actively involved in social welfare initiatives. He serves as a Trustee of Aitemaad Pakistan Trust. He is also associated with SINA Health, Education and Welfare Trust. His commitment to community service highlights his dedication to creating meaningful impact. Through his leadership, he contributes to strengthening Ruhamaa’s mission and long-term vision.

Mr. Zakaria is a founding director of the Foundation and a highly respected leader with a strong commitment to social impact. He is a graduate of Babson College, known for excellence in business education and entrepreneurship. Currently, he serves as the Director and Chief Financial Officer of Al Noor Sugar Mills Limited, a key company within the Al Noor Group. With extensive experience in finance and corporate management, he plays a vital role in strategic decision-making and organizational growth. He also serves on the boards of several other companies within the Al Noor Group, contributing his expertise across multiple sectors. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Zakaria is deeply involved in various charitable initiatives. His passion for philanthropy reflects his dedication to improving lives and supporting underserved communities. His leadership is driven by integrity, compassion, and a vision for sustainable impact. Ms. Manizeh Riaz is a graduate of PECHS Girls College with a strong passion for social work. She has actively contributed her time and efforts to supporting patients at Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre’s Oncology OPD. Through her work, she has shown deep compassion for individuals facing serious health challenges. Her dedication reflects a strong commitment to helping those in need. She continues to play an important role in community welfare initiatives. Currently, she leads the Quality Healthcare program at Orange Tree Foundation. In this role, she focuses on improving access to healthcare services. Her leadership ensures that programs are impactful and well-managed. She believes in creating meaningful and sustainable change in society. Her journey reflects dedication, empathy, and a lifelong commitment to service.
